If Not Retail, Then What?

Union Square, San Francisco

March 16, 2023 • Ellen Sinreich and Pipeline NYC hosted their first 2023 in-person event “If Not Retail, Then What?” featuring Larisa Ortiz, Managing Director, Public Non-Profit Solutions, at Streetsense.

In mixed-use urban environments, the pandemic-induced flight to the suburbs and the post-pandemic norm of hybrid work, coupled with outdated office buildings that struggle to remain competitive, have resulted in reduced market demand for retail and office space.

Larisa Ortiz, who has been advising public and private sector clients for over 25 years on retail strategies in urban environments will share her perspective on the future of brick-and-mortar retail as this once-in-a-generation transformation of the places where we work, shop, play, and live continues to evolve before our very eyes.

Presenter

Larisa Ortiz, Managing Director, Public Non-Profit Solutions, Streetsense

This event was sponsored by IMC Construction.
